Correspondent T.R. Reid profiles doctors and hospitals all over the U.S. that are finding ways to cut health care costs while still providing excellent care. The documentary looks at several low-cost, high-quality regions to find out how they do it.

How they do it is no secret. The tools they are using to do it are found at the CMS website. Since the documentary was made, several pilots have begun to improve on these programs by facilitating payment reform. Now if only we could make ALL insurers focus on decreasing costs.
